Well, two days ago, I weighed 170. Woo!
Yesterday, I weighed 171.8. Boo!
Today, I weighed 170.8.
How about you?

Well a few days ago I was 186 but this morning was back to 189.4. But I have lost an inch off my waist so I will celebrate that.

I'm down another 1.6 pounds this week. I weight 222! I'm hoping to break out of the 220's by next week. I can do it if I stay away from the pizza (which I had TWICE last week. I also had THREE margaritas last week.)

I think I can say 156 this morning. Let's make it 156.5 to be on the safe side. I have also exercised 9 days in a row!

Not only am I down to a new low of 187.8, I'm also wearing a pair of size 12 jeans for the first time in almost four years!
When I get down to 180 my reward is an ipod! Hooray for nonfood rewards!

I'm down 4 to 255 this week. What a relief to be able to exercise again. Go team!

I'm not sure how much I weight, but I put on a pair of capri pants that were a little tight last week and this week they are a little loose...and a pair of shorts that didn't fit me two weeks ago now fits...is a little tight but wearable!!!! Whoooooooooooo!!!!

Way to go on the rhyming (and other things!) I finally broke my plateau, if only slightly - I lost half a pound, taking me (back) down to 163.

Doing okay at 166. Haven't really been trying to lose weight, so I am happy I am maintaining!

I'm down 2 more this week...164.
This is the first time below 165 in over 4 years. I'm so geeked and it is just inspiring me to workout harder, eat less. Wahoo!! Go Team!

I'm hovering around 220 at the moment. I haven't posted in a couple of weeks. We have a medical thing happening in the family. It is NOT life-threatening, but it is life-changing for one of my teenage kids. I'm sliding into comfort eating again. However, I am still exercising (every day since Oct. 1) and have abstained from caffeinated stuff since Aug. 1. So, I'm cutting myself some slack (hopefully, not TOO much slack). :)

173 this week. Running is going well - managed my first 5k run on Monday (despite being divebombed by a duck as I ran along the canal!) About a month to go until my run in public. I give you the URL for our page below NOT (I stress, NOT) because I am looking for any sponsorship but to give you a laugh at the thought of us 4 running in a real-live race! I'm the one on the far right in the photo.

Yet another new low - 181.9. Still dropping! What a wonderful thing. I hope it keeps up...

142...It's getting so close I can hardly stand it!
Posted by: blest | April 27, 2007 at 05:46 AM
I had my record low of 177 on Monday (my official weigh in day) but then I have been in the 178's and low 179's each day since.
I still would like to make the 170 make by my birthday (May 18) or at least by the end of the month of May when I start back into motorcycle riding.

Dropped another pound to 207.4 (rounding down, of course). Keeping the course, need to measure again.
Yay spring!

140 again this week. This is the first time my weight hasn't dropped when I've been consistent with my diet. So I don't know what to think. I don't want to become a food nazi with myself. But I'm disappointed because I feel hungry and the (mild) craving for cookies & such never really goes away. I feel like I deserved a reward this week and I got cheated!

I losted 1.8 pounds. I was hoping for more but slow and steady wins the race, right?? I did go 4 days without a Mt. Dew. That hasn't happened since high school. It is my stress relief, like a cigarette. What do you do for stress relief instead of eating??

Still at 123, but I'm starting to think it might be my heathly size. BMI=23.5, Fat=23%. I'm on the high-end of the heathly range, but I think if I can stay in the 120-124 range, I'd be very happy. :)
