The plank is KILLER!!! Love it.

My husband learned core body exercises from his physical therapist after his back injury. He has kept faithful to them even when he has little time for other workout stuff. They have been immenesly important to his health. A couple of those on your list I am not sure I could do without straining my arms which still have some rang of mtion and strength issues from my accident in 2005.

I am still sticking with my Body Electric since she does things with proper technique that supports core muscles and avoiding injury.

My yoga teacher told us about a study that said that plank is the most effective abdominal exercise you can do - better than hundreds of crunches. So I do it once or twice a week. Daily would be better.
