Okay, so look. On Sunday, I weighed 167.6. Yes! It was amazing, a miracle, a thrill. And then I proceeded to freak out, a victim of hormones (don't look at me like that, PMS is real), disappointment (read about it on my other blog), my late-night job and foolishness. Why is it that I couldn't stop myself until today? I don't know, but I consider this, my weigh-in day, an official stop sign. STOP! WRONG WAY!
I'm just glad I didn't do that much damage. My weight is 170.6 today.
A bunch of email got caught in a spam filter and just yesterday, I found it, including a link to this blog entry. I found it hilarious . . . how many of us have eaten a healthy lunch . . . followed by 3 leftover fish sticks and a half a popsicle left on the counter and two cookies abandoned on the coffee table?
Well, it is what it is. Check in now. If you want. If you dare. If you need. (And? Did I enter your weights from last week? I fear not . . . but I will. Sooner or later. Gah. I'm overwhelmed.)

Finally... After a couple stagnant weeks I lost another two pounds which puts me at 170. According to my fit day account, my lowest weight since I started using Fitday (18 months ago or so) is 167. Maybe I can set a new low soon!

I weighed 218.6 this morning, which means a loss of 1.4 pounds from last week. According to Fitday, if I lose 1.75 pounds per week, I'll meet my ultimate weight goal by 9/1/08.
My short-term goal right now is 200 by New Year's Eve. That should be totally do-able (she said, remembering that was her very goal LAST year). Shut up, negative thoughts! Just shut up! :)
P.S. I've eaten a whole bunch of unhealthy things after a healthy dinner. I now make sure that everything is put away so don't have to deal with the temptation (or mindlessly nibble, which is more often the case).

I had a bad week, too. I did not weigh in last week. I was 186 last week, and weighed in at 187 this week. A one pound gain. I would love to be 185 very soon. I need to get my butt back on track.

Oh I have so much to say! But I'll try to not take up valuable comment and inbox space. In short - I hope you get out from being overwhelmed - I empathize with you - I have many thoughts on the self sabotage - I may have just done it myself today with a turkey, cheese and bacon sandwhich. And potato chips. Yum! Can't get away from the food rewards. I'm thrilled to say I'm 241.8 this week. And I'm buying myself some 3 sizes smaller pants this weekend. Yippee!

Hi, I am down to 181 from 185 last week (I think I forgot to check in) and 189 the week before, but I am having CHINESE tonite, so probably killing my diet. Lord help me not to eat it all in one night!!!

Up 1.5 this week, to 159.5.
My WW leader gave me a book on pushing through a plateau.
I'm going to switch, starting tomorrow, to exercising first thing in the morning. That way it won't get pushed aside by the rest of my life.

I'm 173 this week. Didn't weigh in last week, so I'm not sure where that puts me. I've been hanging out here +/- for a while now though. Keep eating spinach salad for lunch and Taco Bell for dinner. Sigh. I bought some great jeans (two sizes smaller) that fit well and make me feel oh so thin, though, and I have worked out at the Y three days this week. I guess it's all about progress, not perfection, right? And baby steps.

My Weight Watchers group weighs in on Wednesday. This week I lost another 2.4 pounds for a total loss of 9.8 pounds.
I'm down to 183 and starting to wear the size 14 jeans that were too tight. YAY! I'm hoping to be a size 12 by Thanksgiving.

I got to see 183.4 on the scale yesterday! Up to 184 today for my weigh in, but I'm still happy.

I know what you mean about being overwhelmed. So many things going on. I'm down to 153.6 this week and I'm thrilled with it.
Although my husband is having some sort of 'get-together' (I am not privy to the details) tomorrow night for my 40th birthday...so one never knows the damage from something like that.

It is so nice to hear that you are like me. I get so tired of people that don't struggle with their weight sayinig just don't eat it....why would you sabotage your weight loss by eating more when you lose.....they just don't get it. I know I am nuts...speaking of which. apparently peanut m&m's are not conducive to losing weight. I gained a half a pound this week. 190.0.....gotta get on the stick.

I think I have lost track of my official weigh in day, but I will check in here with a weight of 176.0 this morning. That is right where I have been stuck for some time, but still 6 pounds lower than where I was stuck about 2 or 3 months ago.
Tha "good news" is that a friend who I am around commented that he thought I had lost some more weight. I love my Body Electric...it does that for me every time!

I have been using the one with that little stick going around the numbers, but sometimes i cant tell the exact number. so i decided to go digital and i can get exact numbers, i would like to see my oz too. Good luck all and keep up w the weight loss don't get discouraged.

Happy to report that I'm 217.0 this week!!! 3 pounds down from last week. I'm very excited, and although my eating hasn't been exactly perfect, it's been a lot better (and smaller). I'm waiting for my stomach to shrink to the size of the food I'm currently consuming, which will hopefully make me less hungry. :)

I was out of town on Thurs, but this AM I weighed 135.5. Anyway, I had a fitness test today and lo and behold the woman talked about how you can't lose or gain 3lbs of fat in a week, but you CAN with water. Point being that you should stuff your face with watermelon and/or grapes the day before weigh-in if you need a boost. (both are diuretic)
BTW, I'll tell you about my fit test on Thurs
