That is HELPFUL. And I must agree with the part about knitting. It may not require much movement, but it DOES keep me from munching!

The thing that impressed me as I read is how EASY it sounds. If I can just ADD 10 minutes to my walk that just may be the difference in these last few pounds. I know that my problem is that I'm just not burning enough calories. I need to move more!
