173. I am ashamed. And I don't even have Thanksgiving to blame. Must get out running again.

168 for me, down two.

I really didn't weight myself this morning. I didn't even think about it. I headed to the gym and worked out for 2 hours straight!!!!!!

217.4 down a pound not bad.

staying steady despite the holiday and all the extra yummy food. Hope you are all doing well.

Ok, I weighed in this morning at 167...
Not bad after eating all those noodles and pies yesterday! I am sure it will catch up with me!

My weight is 145/146
so I am really pleased.

Down to 236.2 this week! That's 53.8 total.

I am actually thrilled because even after giving myself permission to do what I wanted this weekend, I lost two pounds!

FYI, when I click on your "The Hunger Within" blogroll button, up comes an internet dating site! Not a very savory one, either. . . :)

Hi Mel - I weighed 152.0 on Thursday morning. I won't tell you what I weighed the next day or the next but I should be around 152.0 again on this coming Thursday!!! Hope your holiday went great and that you, too, enjoyed every bite. Man, I did, but I also discovered that all those carbs made me really TIRED. And I love pasta queen, too. Have a great week.

I know I am late checking in but I will anyway. I stepped on the scale this morning and weighed 265. I really do think that it is stress eating. Been under a ton of stress and not dealing with it properly. Wanting to lash out and beat a couple people up, even though that is not the Christian thing to do.

Oh, and it stinks to be the only one in the high 200 range. This one hurts.
