I heart PastaQueen's blog. She talks about stress-eating here . . . and I find her confession so comforting. It's true: eating cookies does make you feel better. Until you're done eating cookies, that is. Ditto for ice cream.

Cookies don't do it for me but ice cream is another matter. I can eat a half gallon of ice cream in two days if I'm stressed enough. And pie especially cherry pie. I have taken a whole pie and a spoon and just started eating. Of course I haven't had a cherry pie in ages but I can remember. Pasta Queen must have had a major stress out and I hope she's really better. A two week binge is a lot to come back from.

I used to stress eat on whole can of frosting
I still can stress eat.
Today I stressed ate veggies and corn tortilas. I was also hungry today by lack of sleep.
