Don't worry so much Mel. You'll do fine even if you're still at 170. It's after tomorrow you have to worry about. I for one am happy with my little turkey breast and my mixed veggies but you have to do a whole dinner and that's so tempting. I couldn't resist eating some of everything if I had to make a whole dinner. And there's always the taste testing. I wish you strength there. That being said I'm going to put my turkey in the crock pot. Have a great day tomorrow.

I kind of didn't like a trend in BL last night - the contestants were very disparaging of themselves when they looked at their "before" photos. I thought it was kind of disturbing. They'd look at the "before" and say something to the effect of: I was so ugly, so unhappy, so disgusting, look at me, what what I thinking, I can't believe I looked like that - and you know from the photos, although they were certainly fat photos, they looked pretty happy and put together and positive.

I didn't like to hear them being so hard on themselves. It made me feel like they think every fat person is ugly, depressed, miserable, in denial, etc.

Other than that, yes, Kae was a munchkin!

I will miss Kae on the show. We are built alot alike so it was encouraging to me to see what she looks like now. We look about the same.

I can't believe they started the show half an hour early... I have my whole Tuesday night schedule arranged to get home by 8:30. So I missed the first half hour. But I saw Kae get voted off, which was distressing, but understandable amongst the other competitors, since she looked like having a good chance at winning the whole thing. Anyhow, you should have taken a tip from BL and made your weight as high as possible for the first weigh-in--then you'd look really good the next week! :)
