I weigh 160.2 today, that's down from from the 165 I had to post last week. I was .4 of a pound less yesterday, but that was yesterday. Oh the joys of weight fluctuation.

It's day six for me of NLNE (No Late Night Eating) and I have been going down, down, down because of it. It's hard to stop eating at 8 pm but it sure kicks butt when it comes to weight loss.

Well then - that's a loss! Way to go!

I gained a pound this week, up to 158. And I've made a decision.

Today, I go CORE. I think since I'm able to have "anything in moderation" that anything has too often been junk. I need to clean up my eating.

I'm scared to death, but I'm taking the plunge. I've got to do something!

171.5. Grrr... I want to be in the 160's, but I keep hanging around the low 170's. I have made myself a mini goal to try to stay on track with my eating this weekend. The weekends are hard for me.

Tuesday?! that means I have to be good all weekend. Could be the push I need. 187.5

158 today. It's been so cold in the Colorado high country this winter. It's hard to get fresh air and get moving. Maybe when the snow melts I will too.

160 day before yesterday down another pound. I've lost 6 pounds in the last month. I hope this trend continues!

Marcia, I'm in Colorado too and I agree it's been so cold/icy here it's hard to get out!

129.5. No, I don't want to talk about my horrible binging. I know it's because I gave up TV for lent so I must stuff my face so as to avoid the remote. UGH.

Hi Mel! You're down - that's great! I weighed 146.4 this morning. Getting closer to the "last 10" every day. Feeling good - exercise is so helpful for that. Glad you're doing well - I hope your travels are GREAT. Have a good weekend.
