Oatmeal with sprinkle of craisins, pecans, Splenda, cinnamon.
Salad with can of water-packed albacore tuna. Reduced-fat Italian. (Fat-free Italian has high-fructose corn syrup in it, so I use the Reduced-fat instead.)
Reduced-fat Triscuits with melted shredded cheese.
Low-carb tortilla with spreadable Laughing Cow cheese.
Sugar-free pudding.
Fat-free popcorn.
Sliced strawberries.
Square dark chocolate.

Is this all you ate all day? WOW. I don't know if I could do that.

Thank goodness popcorn is whole grain! It is the one thing I couldn't live without. (It's the food I would pick to eat for the rest of eternity if I could only pick one!) I pop it on the stove (the old-fashioned way!) though using a tiny bit of canola oil.
Have you gotten the sugar back out of you system yet? It always takes me 3-4 days (especially after Easter!) to get it out of me...
