This actually sounds pretty good (still a lot of sugar, but what can you do?). The recipe doesn't say how many servings in a cake, though (my idea of a piece of cake may be a little different than theirs). One think that drives me a little crazy about some "healthier" cake & dessert recipes is that they divide the dessert into so many pieces that it can't help but be lower in calories, but the pieces are so small that any normal person would eat more than one. (Okay, maybe "normal" is a relative term....)

I have a problem with these "healthful" desserts in that they are misnamed. A dessert is a dessert. Something you indulge in. When you slap a "Healified" label on it, I get a "binge on this!" message. Seriously, I rather have the real thing and know it's an indulgence rather than munch mindlessly on "healthy" junk food. A girl can still get fat on Snackwells.
*I'm pregnant and perhaps a bit of a Debbie Downer. Sorry.

I will not be weighing in today. I have eaten everything under the sun this week. I feel like I am dealing with a little bit of depression. I will hopefully be up for it next week
