Official Thursday Weigh-In . . . on Friday
I didn't weigh in yesterday (the logistics of weighing in, in the kitchen, with a neighbor boy still here have me stumped). But I weighed myself today.
Still 187. ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY SEVEN POUNDS!
What gives me comfort is the fact that both weight-loss memoirs I have recently read both have fluctuated 10-15 pounds . . . one even has a whole chapter called "Relapse" (which I intend to talk about sometime soon--but right now I have to start working).
I am not exactly freaked out, not even resigned. But I am not satisfied with this weight--and now I'm looking fondly on 170 pounds . . . I complained about weighing 170 pounds for that whole year and now I wish I could just stay steady on that particular weight again.
Will you check in now?

Weighed in at 156, which is a 2 lb. GAIN. I am still working out on a regular basis, but my eating took a nosedive this week. It seems like now that have gotten so close to my goal, I have relaxed a little too much.

Yo-yoing with the same few pounds lately. Can't seem to get back under 190 again. I'm joining the June exercise challenge to try to kick things up a notch!

232.4 yesterday on the scale. I'm now 28 weeks plus a few days pregnant. Overall, that's a gain of between 10-12 pounds, depending on where you count my starting point (fluctuated up and down the same 3 pounds for my first 4 months.) I'm mostly happy with that, but I need to watch what I eat. Had a scare with having a question about my blood sugar, but everything looks good now. Just trying to keep in under control so I can get on my way to a healthy weight post-baby.

My late weigh in is 174.6. I had dipped down to about 170 a couple months ago but only held it for about a week or so then my body went into a tough pattern to overcome as I skipped a monthly (boy does this "change" thing mess with a body!)
Since my body did a "re-set" this past week so I am going to jump on the bandwagon again with Phase 1 of South Beach. I have also backed off on exercising because my joints were struggling with the hormone changes so now I should (hopefully) have a re-set on that too.
Wish me luck...

I didn't weigh myself this week. I haven't been to the gym in two weeks. I feel like a gigantic lump of goo. Last time, I was "down" to 163, so I was heading in the right direction. I know what you mean about missing my previously disappointing plateau weight, in my case of 150. Now, only one pair of pants fits comfortably, two other fit tightly and then I have skirts. I'm going to a family reunion and I know I'll be feel bad about my appearance the whole time. Food is such a challenge for me.

134 on the doc's scale. So, yeah, I gained 9 lbs on the OFFICIAL PREGNANCY CHART. Luckily I'm at a midwive's practice and they seem less judgmental about the weight.
Good news: I don't crave fast food anymore. Bad news: must have Flav-O-Ice all day long.
