Um, no change here, still 250. Ugh ugh ugh.

Way to go! I'm currently forced to walk over a half mile (in the GA heat...while 30+ weeks pregnant) to/from my parking garage into work for this month. So, while I honestly wouldn't willingly be exercising a whole heap, I with you for June as well! (Though NOT weekends. It's HOT.) I think my official last scale reading was 234.4, which is up about 13 pounds...gained about 2 in the past month.

Great job on the 2 lb. loss! :)

168. I'm starting to lose again. Hurray!

Weighed in at 152.5 Total loss of 66 lbs.

Way to go! I feel like the first two pounds are the hardest, once they are gone, you feel more inspired to keep up with the hard work.

I've made it to the gym twice this week, which is better than before and I've been walking the dog in the evening.

Hi, good job Mel. I exercised once for five days in a row, but it was a long time ago. My scale is broken, and I could not be happier.

Still 220 at 5'4"....

-2 for you? GREAT! I weighed 133 on Thurs, and 135.5 today. Erg. I guess lots of cheese and not a lot of water DOES matter. HA!
