Mel, congrats! It's true about being attentive -- it really makes a difference.

I am stuck at 168. I stick with the program for 4 or 5 days at a time, then I go off for 4 or 5 days and eat whatever I want. This is not working. Maybe I need more calories on the days when I am doing well. I am joining you for the July challenge, beginning today.

Hey Mel, what type of scale do you use? Just curious. Congratulations on the re-dedication.
