Am I the last person on the Internet to know about "OneHundredPushups"? I haven't clicked every link, but I have jiggled my underarm flab and thought that a pushup workout is exactly what I need.

I am VERY aware of that underarm flab when I am riding my Harley. Just gotta look my best when I sit and idle waiting for the light to changes....boy those Harleys jiggle you;)
I am still doing my Body Electric...though have been off my game lately because of a flare up of an arm injury from a car accident in 2005....still I am feeling not too badly about where I am at for an old lady;)

Yes - yes, you are. :) I'm afraid pushups are no cure for underarm flab! But they are great for shoulders and triceps. I haven't succumbed to the 100 pushup challenge, though....

I've followed your journey for so long...now I'm starting a journey of my own.
I'll be back, and maybe I'll do a push-up or two of my own!

I'm doing it.....week two, day two! Three times a week, it's a great way to get a little bit more exercise in as it only takes about 5 minutes to do the sets.
My thought is to do the modified ones first and then hopefully I'll graduate to regular ones.
How about it? It might be a good diversion when you're working! (Drop and give me 5!) :)

I had not heard about this plan yet, but I'm soooo going to do it! I only can manage 1, yes 1 proper push-up. I'm doing the girlie push-ups though and hopefully will be able to do regular push ups by the end. :)
