After yesterday's weight of 199.2, today was rather a relief at 197.2. Really want to get back below 190 again.

I liked the post about chocolate. Since I read The Abs Diet for Women and he recommended Dove Dark chocolate for a treat, I've been eating no more than 2 pieces a day. I bite it in half, then suck on that piece until it's melted. I lost a lot of weight while eating chocolate every day. I don't do mindless chocolate eating. Salty snacks are another matter altogether at that time of the month! That's been my downfall lately!

Hope you get back on track soon. I've felt like I've been in that dark place, too. May you have sunny days when you can soak in some rays. Hugs and prayers.

Hey, at least you're still holding yourself accountable. If you ever quit that you will gain it all back and more. It takes more strength to nakedly post the gains than it does to diet in the first place. Really it does. You're a strong woman. You can do this. I just wrote a blog post about my light bulb moments on this weight loss journey. Hang in there. Get to know yourself and be true to yourself.

ok so that brings you to a total of 21 pounds lost right? Ok bummer its up a little BUT think about it this way you have lose 7 young roasting chickens off your body since April 2006. Good job!

My scale needs new batteries, but an unfortunate incident with some peanut-butter-chip brownies probably means I'm up a few pounds from the 229 I was at Sunday morning.

Not weighing in. Life seems to be dragging me around by the hair this past week, and my eating is the first thing to go. Ugh.

Still thinking I weigh 216.4, but since I don't have a scale, it's anyone's guess.
Joining a health club doesn't make you skinny, but actually going might make a difference...

I weighed in this morning at 153. That is good, but I just want to get to that 150 goal, fast!!!

I last weighed in at 168, up from 166.5. Husband went out of town, I decided to stress relieve with ice cream in the evening. But, if I was in a regular routine of eating and exercising, I don't think that would have resulted in a 1.5 lb gain so quickly. Got to get the metabolism ratcheted up again.

211 this Tuesday. Down 2.2 from last week. I'm happy about that, as this weekend was the first restaurant I've been to since starting to eat better about a month ago. Just chugging away and mourning my lack of Oreos.

I just discovered your site and love it. I am only about 10 days in, but I'm stalled at 212 after losing 6 pounds the previous week. I think I got spoiled losing 6 pounds (of water weight) and now my body is clinging to every ounce!
