189.6 this morning. I wish I could get lower...I'm just maintaining. It's okay; it's better than the putting it all back on, I 'spose.

209.6 this week. Down 1.4 from last. Slow and steady.

Well, not as good as I was hoping. 153. I want to make goal by Thanksgiving!!!!!!! That means I need to atleast lose 3 pounds a week. I can't deal with 1 pound gains right now! ugh!~

146.5, just like last week. And trying SO hard to be good on this Halloween!
