Easy Diet Food Labels: Now with a discount!
The creator of Easy Diet Food Labels contacted me recently about his unique product. He sent over a few packs of them and I'd love to share them with you--in a random drawing.
Here's how to enter the drawing. Click over to his website: Easy Diet Food Labels. Then come back and tell me which type of labels you would love to own! (I'll pick up to four winners, maybe random, maybe not! I'm leaving my options open. Ha.)
I love the idea of these labels. What a great way to help kids understand whether a food is a good choice or not, or to help a spouse make good food choices . . . or to simply reinforce the facts for ourselves. These labels are so cool.
So, again, go over to the website, check out the varieties of labels and come back here and tell me which you like the best. I'll pick winners in a week. Good luck!

Now, you can get a discount: Anyone who puts in the promotional code DIETNAKD (no “e” in naked) gets 20% off when ordering online.

I'd like to try the Easy food labels for my family. I'm trying to get us all on track. I think my daughter would love these.

I would love the Heart Healthy. What a great idea. I have never seen these and do so think they are helpful in our weightloss journey. Thanks.

i like the heart healthy ones myself!! i think these are a great idea btw....so often, we blindly reach for a snack, and these would draw attention to whether a snack would be the right choice or not. thanks for showing me these. if i don't win, i may have to purchase some, myself ;)

Wow! I was just looking at these the other day and wishing I had the Calorie Counting labels. I think these are the greatest things since sliced bread (uh oh, maybe I need the low carb labels?!!)

I like the "Helps Build Healthy Eating Habits" As much as we think our kids can figure out what's healthy and what's not, they really need guidance, as they will very rarely make the healthy choice. This would make it easier for them!

The Carb ones, definitely. Sometimes I forget, and shovel something into my mouth that's too high in carbs, and this would help, I think. :)

I like the Great Snack labels. THey'd be great for my special needs daughter to help her pick out snacks.
What a great idea! I wish I'd have thought of that!

For me, it would be the Low Carb ones, although I'm losing weight and I'm not on any specific diet (that I've heard about). Basically I have removed most dairy products from my daily diet, and I've lost 12 pounds in 8 weeks.
I certainly did not plan to eat this way; I was sick for a week and then recuperating for a week and I didn't drink milk during that time, and every time I've had it since then I've ended up with heartburn, so it just seems to be working for me to avoid it. Now I'm looking for a good calcium supplement...
