I weighed 203.4 today, for a loss of 1.4 pounds. I'm on my way to 10 pounds by New Year's!

I'm UP three pounds, but that's not unexpected after the 4 day weekend I had with two parties here and two nights out on the town. I'm on track now, though. Next weigh in will be better.

Good job, Melodee!
I have no check in weight as I'm on a scale-free-plan until the end of the month but I can tell you that my jeans, that I purchased in the USA in October, are feeling decidedly baggy today. I'm liking that feeling alot.

My last weigh was 209 - I am recovering from a major derailment from my plan but I am back on program and committed to getting under 200 by the New Year. We can do this!

I'm here and on track. Good on you for posting the loss, Mel.
Ten pounds by New Year's!

well...
No setbacks for me but no progress either. My weight today was up from yesterday (faculty dinner last night with hubby so not surprising.) BUT, and this is one of the things that annoys me all to heck...I have been back at my exercises which are toning/muscle building ones and that always kicks my weight up a couple pounds as I bulk up more than most women. SOooo....no beating myself up here....still going to try for the 10 by New Years. I do need to kick my mind into gear because dropping 10 from where I am would still put me in the weight range if what I weighed as a HS sophomore....and last weighed as a 21 year old....getting to that weight and stablizing there is still an amazing concept to me....I need to get my mind to believe I actually can do it!

I was 137.4 on Tuesday when I started your New Years plan. Thursday I was 137.0. I will have to try your mantra Mel.

I should have waited till today to weigh in! That three pound gain is gone, and I'm back to my starting point. Whew! I knew it was all water weight.

Good girl, Mel!
I am down three pounds this week. Was hoping for more, but will take what I can get.

Good for you!
I am weighing in on Monday, but I am actually looking forward to it. Hopefully I won't be disappointed.

I weighed in this morning because the fifteenth is the day of each month that I keep official count of my long diet towards a healthy weight. I weighed in at 186.5 pounds. That's a six pound lost since October 15th. If my math is correct that means I am loosing 3.1 ounces every day or one pound every five days and four hours. That means I should be done with my diet and get to my ideal weight of 170 pounds by Valentine's Day! How appropriate!! HA! :-)
I hope everyone is hanging in there!

205.4 as of Saturday morning. Slowly on the way down. Less control of my eating this weekend, so we'll see how this week goes. Way to go, Mel!
