Official Thursday Weigh In
I just missed it . . . it's now officially Friday, but I just finished working and remembered that I had yet to post here.
I weighed 203.4 this morning. I'm obviously not making much progress towards my Ten Pounds by New Year's goal. Shoot.
However, I am not gaining weight. (That's me, looking on the bright side.)

I haven't forgotten about the diet food labels. . . and I have another give-away, too. I'm swamped and this week, I've been sick with a cold. It's always something, isn't it? Stay tuned. I'm going to get it together and actually pick some winners!

I've been losing the same 2 lbs. I'm not giving up though.

(this is my mantra...not sure if it's working or not, but there it is. Also, I think my body misheard you and is trying to gain ten pounds by New Years.) ;)

I have been eating like someone who wants to weigh 300 pounds.

I won't weigh in until the 15th. However, I think I have been doing OK. If I'm lucky I will weigh in at 180 lbs. by that Monday morning.

Weighed in at 214.5. Down 3 pounds from last week. The way this week has gone I'm VERY surprised I didn't gain 3 pounds.

201.8 on Thurs. (202.4 today, though.) Very happy overall, considering Thanksgiving kind of lasted for about 4 days for me.

Hey Mel! Just a quick "hi" as I am supposed to be working... I thought I would stop by and see how you're doing. I've been a bad blogger lately - no entries in weeks. What a shit. Best thing I see that you've written here in the past few weeks - the admission of the 4 Pop Tarts. I am with you. I love those damned things and just cannot have them around or I am guaranteed to eat them in large quantities. Serving size: 1 pastry - MY ASS! Don't those people know anything? Being brand new to this blog and just getting back to taking care of myself and working to get the weight under control I am checking in here everyday. I assume with Thursday being weigh in day we just post our 'since last week' info. If I should be doing something else, I hope someone will please tell me. I just started on Saturday at 175. This morning I am 174. This is a huge loss for me. I have been trying to get back to it umpteen times in the last year and have been unable to get the scale to budge. I am looking at the bright side to keep me going. As long as I keep going I am making progress today.

I am still fluttering around the same mark of 178....fluttering....sounds like a fun thing...trying to keep a positive spin on it, LOL!
I did eat chicken ceasar salad twice yesterday...so that made me feel good:)

Here's my "Thursday weigh-in" Saturday style. Down 2 whole pounds for a total loss of 3.2 pounds!!! 183 or so and less than 7 lbs to go before the New Year!
