I'm the same way. I find every excuse in the book if I don't just get it done in the morning. Have fun at the water park.

Good for you! I generally hate exercise, but I lost and kept weight off when I exercised regularly, even when I didn't stick to the eating part very well. Now that the "baby" from my "baby weight" is one year old, I will soon have to channel Dr. Laura..."who cares if you FEEL like it? You just have to exercise like you just have to brush your teeth!" On vacation now, but will have to get back to it when we get home.

Baby steps, Mel. We may falter here and there but we just pick ourselves up and go on.

Bravo! The best exercise is when you just don't feel like doing it. Woo hoo! Keep it up!
