Okay, now I'm hungry....

Great job! I don't know if I could resist fresh baked cookies. You definitely deserve an achievement award. Rock on!

Hello
I think its really amazing because I can not control myself for chocolate.Brownies are my favorite. You have done a good job that you can control.I like it.

Yes you do rock!

YOU TOTALLY ROCK!!! :)

Good job. I don't think I could do this!

You are amazing!

That is the BEST feeling in the world! Way to go!!

You deserve to lose at least five pounds for that one. That must have been hard. For my part, I passed Panda Express at lunch time and kept on going. Maybe we're both on our way to skinny!

Yes, you do rock! Glad your week is going well. :)

You are a stronger person than I am. I just can't even making anything or it is gone. I have no control. For example, there is a bag of mini chocolate chips for the kids pancakes in my freezer just calling my name right now. Ack!

Hi Deb,
Great job!!

have you seen the NY Times article on willpower? When I read your post, I thought of this.
http://www.nytimes.com/2008/04/02/opinion/02aamodt.html

Be careful how you spend your willpower!! If I were trying lose weight (which I have done in the past) I would not bake delicious high-fat baked goods. Because I have a hard enough time eating decently and working out. I don't think your kids will die from missing your delicious brownies. Just sayin'.
