Is anybody else overeating while planning a Big Change, a Diet, a Lifestyle Change, a day in which you which eat vegetables and lean protein and get enough exercise to make you sweat?
Or is it just me?
Here's what I have in store for myself:
1) An exercise streak, starting on January 1. I'm aiming for a full month of daily exercise. I will decide on January 31 whether to continue the streak.
2) A healthy diet. I am in dire need of vegetables and fruit and lean protein. I am getting a divorce from sugar and white flour.
3) No more overeating. Seriously. And amen.
I have no intention of stepping on the scale, however. I don't want this to be about the scale.
So, even though this blog has been quiet, I have been scheming and thinking and planning and . . . deleting comments by spammers. Geez, those people are SO SUPER ANNOYING.
