I'm new to your blog but I think you are a fantastic writer and I can relate to so much of what you write about. I've been working out every day and eating sensibly for months and am just absolutely STUCK on a plateau - 4 pounds would be a HUGE accomplishment for me, so CONGRATULATIONS and keep going. You've done it before - you'll do it again! :)

Go Mel!
I (restarted) daily food tracking on Fitday at the end of December. I was 187 at that time. A few pounds have been lost, regained, and lost again. Now I'm oh so close to dropping down below 180. The sprained ankle I gave myself Saturday is not going to help my case any but I'm not giving up hope!

Really nice work. Two weeks like this one and you've lost 8 pounds, those are results you start to notice. Got to get on track. This is the week. I saw a photo of myself last week and I'm pretty sure it was the worst ever, my husband said, you should see the ones I deleted. Ha!
