Here is a pretty good list of the Best and Worst Superbowl Party foods. . .
And now for an abrupt transition . . .
I have the common cold . . . and ridiculously enough, my eating plan has suffered and I haven't been to the gym for a week. I can't stop coughing and I didn't think anyone would appreciate my mucusy germs being spewed all over the cardio machines.
Ewww. Sorry for that visual.
Anyway, hope you're well . . . I hope to be well again soon!

Mel, just hit on your site although you have been writing for years. We all try in a myriad of methods at battle with the flubber. Recently I had to cut out salt for health reasons. I let out salt, cheese, and then a little bit later, butter. Those were my major food groups. When I can relax into that, I will throw another calorie explosion on the bonfire. I think, don't give until it hurts. Give until it doesn't hurt and you forgot all about it, one by one, slowly.
Compliment: Your writing is honest and interesting.

I agree to Kim, salt loaded foods sometimes really taste good. However, we really need to start taking of ourselves and focus on much healthier menu everyday. Anwya, we will be the one to benefits in this sacrifices. The compliment Kim gave to the writer, I'd say I also agree. This is a nice post.
