I think it's a great start. I have to keep reminding myself of two things: 1. I can't get it all back in a day and 2: what I will do every day is far more important than what I will do once in a while. Reader's Digest version - if I find a level of exercise that doesn't feel like punishment and a level/way of eating that doesn't feel like deprivation, I can sustain those things for a longer period of time.

I am glad you are at the gym - Best advice I was ever given was to join a spin class. You go at your own pace, but you stay the whole time and eventually you will build relationships with instructors and other students... It is the BEST workout... Try it, you'll like it... but regardless, keep going! I am glad that you are back!!!
