I've got my daily diet sorted. Plus my promise to myself, to have a weigh-in every half month that's less than the previous one. Also a 100 days of running challenge that I started a week ago.

I'm thinking that will be okay for a while.

Ship my kitchen-whiz hubby back to school this morning!

Good job on pressing the "easy button" - I have to do that too - make it as easy as possible to make good decisions or else I won't make them.

I, too, went to the grocery store to get "good for me" food stuffs, and did a bit of meal and exercise planning. For me, if I don't plan for it, it doesn't happen.

It's really nice reading your blog. You are a good motivation for us to push through and also prepare for success.
