Hmmm, maybe I need a puppy. I need to get my butt out of the chair and start moving. Good for you. Hope the salad was the best ever.

I had a cheat day because I dropped ten lbs, but only with a salad and steamed shrimp, from my juicing diet. Then I had a juice today and I wanted real food so bad, i ran for a hotdog when I came to work :( Lost it. had some chocolate, Now I am all kinds of upset with myself. But I can start over now! I am going to the gym for my dinner and then having a juice after and continue the rest of my days. I am also adding on because of this day I lost. I am glad you are doing well!

Taking the puppy for a walk and staying away from the processed stuff is a great step in the right direction. Try to get 7 or 8 hours of sleep too....nothing mess with your appetite like being exhausted...Remember to stay hydrated...hang in there you are on the right track....
