I finished the 5-Day Restart.
Someone asked how I feel . . . I feel pretty virtuous, actually. I feel like I've lost weight--and, of course, I did step on the scale, so I know I have, but I am interested to see what the scale says tomorrow. I will consider that the total amount lost on this 5-Day Restart.
I can't really point to clearer skin or better sleep or anything like that, though. I blame all that on PMS. I am sleeping pretty well but not remarkably better than usual.
I have been walking 30 minutes a day. Nothing like a rowdy puppy to force you into your sneakers and out the door.
I'm looking forward to eating salad tomorrow . . . now, to continue steering clear of all those dastardly processed foods which make me fat and mess with my blood sugar.
I am so sick of being fat. I really am ready to do this.
I feel virtuous just reading that!

Hmmm, maybe I need a puppy. I need to get my butt out of the chair and start moving. Good for you. Hope the salad was the best ever.

I had a cheat day because I dropped ten lbs, but only with a salad and steamed shrimp, from my juicing diet. Then I had a juice today and I wanted real food so bad, i ran for a hotdog when I came to work :( Lost it. had some chocolate, Now I am all kinds of upset with myself. But I can start over now! I am going to the gym for my dinner and then having a juice after and continue the rest of my days. I am also adding on because of this day I lost. I am glad you are doing well!

Taking the puppy for a walk and staying away from the processed stuff is a great step in the right direction. Try to get 7 or 8 hours of sleep too....nothing mess with your appetite like being exhausted...Remember to stay hydrated...hang in there you are on the right track....
