omg - you sound excately like ME, I feel like I have just finished reading my life story...I too am totally feed up, have been on a diet since I was 12, (I was not fat as a child, bt always thought I was bigger than most girls...I have started 'curves' and trying to follow the Paleo diet, so far so good, I am so so so sick of feeling fat,I hate going out, have no energy, I am not going to hibernate anyMORE!! - I am going to be the best person I can possibly be, I want to start feeling good about myself, I just need to live day by day, and start rewarding myself I have an 8 yr old daughter and I want to be a good role Model for her, I deserve a good happy life, so I don't know why I keep jepodozing my eating habits, it's almost like I want to fail, I love nice clothes and have a wardrobe full of nice things to wear, which I can't at the moment, it's summer in a few months here, and I want to take my daughter swimming, I normally just watch on the side lines,(I am going to go into the water this summer, and the only person that is stopping me is ME!!) I can do it, after being on so many diets, I am finding that a Protein diet is working, eating protein for breakfast lunch and dinner I am finding that I am no longer hungrey in between meals, but as you know, we eat for different reasons, not neccessarily because your hungry,Anyway thank you for your blog, today you have inspired me..Angela - MElbourne Australia

Just reading thru some of your posts, recent and then not so recent. I am so with you. There are so many of us that are on this same roller coaster with weight loss. I am more than ready to get off (how many times have I said that). No really, I am. I will keep checking in with your blog to see how your doing. And measure your success with mine. Lets do it and keep it off.
